**Job title: Lettings Negotiator/Senior/Associate**

**Location**:South Kensington | Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6 pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10 am - 4 pm)

**Competitive Salary**:£18,000 - £22,000 as a basic salary, with additional earning potential through our highly lucrative commission scheme

**Travel or Car Allowance**:Depending on your role, you will enjoy either a travel allowance (£2,500 PA) or a car allowance (£5,000 PA) to support your daily commute

South Kensington is popular with a wide demographic of residents including families, young professionals and students. The area has a large variety of amenities, in particular the array of independent and chain restaurants, cafés and bars around the tube station and along Old Brompton Road. South Kensington is especially popular with tourists due to the number of museums in the area: the Natural History Museum, Science Museum, and Victoria and Albert Museum. The Lycée Français Charles de Gaulle and Imperial College University are important landmarks that bring families and students to the local area.

**Key responsibilities**:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in connecting Landlords with eager Tenants, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for both parties.

**Your main duties will include**:

- **Registering interest and arranging viewings**: Be the catalyst in connecting potential tenants with their perfect property
