Car Sales person to fill newly created position within an expanding company. We are based in Cradley Heath and sell accident damaged vehicles. We average 60-100 vehicles a month. We need someone to join our team to work mostly handling incoming sales calls in a very very busy fast paced sales role. The role will also include dealing with face to face viewings however this is a smaller part of the role as a large percentage of sales are made via phone calls.

As the vehicles we sell are damaged you will need to provide potential buyers with a walk around description of the vehicles to help with the pictures provided. You will need some knowledge to identify and explain damaged parts etc. We can train in this element providing you have good sales experience.

Daily tasks you must be able to complete include:

- Handling many incoming calls at the same time & time managing how you handle these.
- Providing honest descriptions of the vehicles to potential buyers.
- Using PC software such as Adobe to create invoices.
- Using card terminals and various PC software to take payments.
- Taking photographs of vehicles and uploading them to advertising sites.
- Moving vehicles around site for viewings, deliveries etc.
- Willingness to undertake other roles to help out where needed.
- Ability to work under pressure and without constant supervision.
- Good computer and phone skills.

Can you multitask and work well under pressure?

To be considered for this role you must have experience in car sales and must be motivated to work in a fast paced environment.

Starting salary is £28,000 and a bonus scheme will be applied once you have settled in and demonstrated your skills, this is negotiable and will be performance based. The more motivated you are the more you will earn, this is a great opportunity for a motivated ambitious individual.

We are looking for someone experienced in car sales with a good confident phone manner who can work under the pressure of non stop incoming calls on certain days. We need someone to provide a high level of service and be able to time manage calls.

We do not upsell products or accessories nor offer finance etc.

We would like someone who will help with other roles such as moving vehicles ready for viewings, taking photo's ready for advertising etc etc.

We work Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm however this could be flexible to an extent. Certain days/times are fixed. This can be discussed/negotiated.

Car Sales experience essential. You must have a driving licence & be confident on the phone.

Rates of pay are negotiable depending on experience. Bonus scheme to be discussed.

Flexible start date.
