**Butcher - Full Time (40 hours)**

To work in our Hanwell store

(124 Uxbridge Rd, London W7 3SL)

Typical working day 3am-11am

1.25 X pay for night time hours (3 am-6 am)
Permanent contract (48 hours weekly)

**Responsibilities**:

- Receiving and quality checking meat
- Quality checking meat
- Cutting and portioning meat efficiently
- Organising meat deliveries to other Mleczko shops
- Keeping the workplace clean and tidy
