**Your role as a Maintenance Coordinator...**

**Please note this role is on a part-time basis for 2 days a week.**
- Keep track of all maintenance related issues and follow up with engineers to ensure works are complete in a timely manner.
- Provide feedback to all departments on engineering related issues.
- Produce engineering related reports when necessary.
- Conduct call outs, follow ups and communicate with contractors.
- Ensure permits to work are filled in by all contractors.
- Raise purchase orders and liaising with contractors and suppliers.
- Organise Maintenance documentation filing.
- Schedule PPM services
- Assist in setting up PPM programs in Synergy and maintain system ensuring is kept up to date.
- Update Asset Lists
- Assist with Monthly Stock takes and update trackers including taking Assets out of inventory.
- Accept incoming calls and handle contractors, team members' requests.
- Manage and complete Excel spreadsheets where business requires.
- Support the Maintenance Manager and Assistant Maintenance Manager with any administrative related tasks.
- Take part in daily / weekly / monthly meetings.
- To prepare necessary reports for senior management.
- Manage all out of order and out of service rooms for engineering related issues through OnQ and Synergy.
- Manage contractor job sheets / service sheets.
- Be familiar with and comply with all relevant Maintenance department Policies & Procedures.

**A bit about you..**
- Previous Administration Experience is preferred
- Previous maintenance / hotel administration experience is desirable
- Strong communication skills and the ability to easily multitask.
- Fluent English (verbal & written)
- Ability to prioritise tasks and effectively manage resources.
- Eye for detail
- Relevant Health and Safety Knowledge
- Computer Literacy Skills
