**- What do we want?**

Big Heart Fundraising is like a small family consisting of many cultures and different backgrounds. We are understanding down to earth people with big hearts and positive vibrations, and we are looking for more people to join our fantastic fundraising team.

Your job role will be speaking **face to face** in person with random members of the public, explaining and encouraging them to sign up for a £10 monthly subscription to the charity.

We work mainly indoors on privately booked sites like supermarkets, shopping centres, and town centres, working with charity partners like Save the Children and more

**What do we want** **vs. what do you get?**

Well, firstly every charity that you represent will expect targets from you. Our targets are **10 - 15 sign ups per week.**

We have an amazing payment structure, which comprises of £40 - £50 per subscription (sign up), which is achieved depending on the amount of the donation given. This role is partly commission as you are self-employed and have HUGE potential for high earnings.

Fundraisers that are achieving 15 sign ups when we include bonuses are earning around **£900+ weekly pay**

We even have a safety net system that protects fundraisers and **GUARANTEES** at least **£200** per week for getting the most basic of mandates. Two sign ups in an entire week means you will be covered for any bad weeks that you have. **Six sign ups** will earn you **£300** more or less, and then every single sign up after that is an **extra £40 or £50.**

We care about the charities we represent and we care about our fundraisers and the payment system we have is also **superior** even though, many feel being on basic is the safest and most comfortable thing to do this isn't necessarily the case.

Being on a full basic in other companies means that if you **over-perform**, you usually aren't rewarded **proportionately**, which decreases motivation.

On the flip side, if you **under-perform** companies, can't afford to keep you on much longer than a week or two, which isn't enough time to **develop any skills **and comes with **extreme pressure.**

Here at Big Heart if we feel you have **real serious potential** that needs nurturing we can work with you for up to **TWO MONTHS** to get you to the place you need to be, helping you to develop your fundraising skills without being put under super **severe pressure to perform.**
