**Finance Business Partner - Technical - Bedford Borough Council (Hybrid)**

**3 - 6+ Month Ongoing Contract**

**Essentials**:

- Local Government experience
- Technical Accounting
- Must be CIPFA/CIMA/CCAB Qualified
- Experience of leading the team through year end / Closedown Experience

**Job Role**:

- To lead on the production of the Authorities Statement of Accounts and Year End Processes.
- To manage the Technical Finance Team including Statement of Accounts, statutory Returns, liaising with external auditors, treasury management & VAT
