**Job Title**:Telesales Agent

**Job Type**:Full-Time (37.5 Hours)
**Hours**:Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 18:00 and Friday 09:00 to 15:00.
**Salary**:

- £20,000 basic, rising to £22,000 after 1 month of hitting targets + Uncapped Commission OTE £35,000

**Responsibilities;**

You will be responsible for:

- Outbound calling through warm data
- Generating Hotkey leads that will be transferred externally outside the business
- Achieving company targets
- Maintaining call quality and compliance

**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
