Relief Pharmacist

A new opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly expanding, innovative group of pharmacies providing NHS and Private services to the communities of Scotland.

Our client is looking for a permanent Pharmacist to join the Relief team in a varied role, supporting numerous pharmacies across the Lothian area. Hours vary depending on the store, but can be on a full time or part time basis.

£45,000 to £60,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications, plus GPhC fees paid, Bonus scheme, and excellent training on offer.

**Ideal Requirement for the Second Pharmacist**
- A GPhC registered Pharmacist perhaps fresh out of university looking for your first step into a pharmacist position, or an experienced Pharmacist looking to make your mark and drive the pharmacy forward in a management position.
- Ideally a qualified Independent Prescriber or looking to complete this qualification.

**Role Responsibilities for the Second Pharmacist**
- Ensure all key targets are met and that excellent standards are consistently delivered will be crucial to your success.
- General fulfilment of prescriptions.
- Undertake key service provisions of aspects such as pharmacy first and other NHS services.
- Support the pharmacy team on a daily basis.
- Build working relationships with patients, customers, and care homes.
- Proactively develop pharmacy sales, services, and profitability in a cost effective and safe manner, adhering to legal, ethical and company requirements/ systems.
