**Farm and Agriculture Account Executive**

**Location**:Maidstone

**Salary**:£dependant on experience

**The Company**:
We are working with an independent insurance broker who is looking to add an Account Executive to join their Farm and Agricultural team.

This is a company that prides itself on the training and development opportunities it provides to its staff.

**The Role**:
You will develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and Insurers, identify opportunities for product development, and deliver excellent customer service to clients, offering them accurate, independent insurance advice.

**The Required Skills**:
Experience within Farm and Agricultural or Commercial Insurance is essential

Strong technical knowledge and a keen interest in developing specialist knowledge

A driven attitude to achieve individual and team targets

Strong IT, Communication and Client Management skills

CII is preferable. However, support will be provided
