As a third generation, local family run food manufacturing business we are seeking great new people to join our production team.

We are looking for technically competent individuals with previous food manufacturing experience, who is looking for a new opportunity to develop their skills and take on a senior role with key accountabilities and responsibilities.

Working as part of a team you will ensure that the line is running efficiently and you will use your skills and previous experience, working in conjunction with the line Coordinator to maximise efficiencies and ensure deadlines are achieved whilst maintaining GMP, H&S and food safety standards.

You will be hard working and have the ability to remain calm when the pace of work increases, you will have logical problem solving skills and keen to contribute to a successful team dynamic. Ideally, you will have a good standard of spoken and written English, able to use your own initiative with a mechanical curiosity to understand and maximise performance by fine tuning machinery to produce customer orders as per their unique specifications.

This is a day shift role, working 5 days a week with a start time of 06:00 (Currently Monday - Friday with some Saturday work.)

Due to the location of our factory (Wormegay, PE33 0SG) you will need your own transport as there is currently no pubic transport that services the local area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.26 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 48 per week
