- Starting as Part time position - Tues, Wed, Thurs & Fri PMs
- Flexible hours - ideally 2-6.30pm

We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed Pharmacy Counter Assistant that will work well both within a team and independently.

Great opportunity to progress Training available to advance to Pharmacy Dispenser level.

**Our client**:
Pharmacy operating within Barking & Dagenham, Essex area. Provides a range of general pharmacy services.

**Job Role**:
**Duties will include**:

- Greeting customers and patients coming into the pharmacy
- Taking in and handing out prescriptions
- Maintaining the shop floor
- Selling over the counter products
- Cashing up.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience of working in the pharmacy industry.
- NVQ Level 2 equivalent in Pharmacy Services
- Medicines Counter Assistant (NVQ2) qualification or equivalent (our client is open to supporting you in achieving this if not already acquired)
- Excellent patient facing inter-personal communication skills are required.
- High quality customer service abilities
- Respect for confidentiality & Data Protection.
- Strong organization skills.
