I'm currently working with a dynamic and thriving fresh produce business committed to delivering high-quality products to their customers. With a focus on sustainability, innovation, and excellence, they're dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

I'm currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Assistant. You will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a leading fresh produce business.

So, what will you day to day look like?
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Head of HR.
- Compile and update employee records.
- Process documentation as and when required.
- Induction administration and ensure records are updated.
- Assist with projects, meetings, training, surveys, events and system implementation.
- Assist with employee requests relating to payroll, policies and regulation.
- Support and manage the process for the seasonal workers (government regulations/checks, welfare, questionnaires ects).
- Assist in payroll preparation by submitting relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) to finance team.
- Implement and maintain a HR calendar with Head of HR for service anniversaries, birthdays and events.
- Assist with maintaining and updating company LinkedIn pages.
- To carry out any reasonable tasks as requested by Head of HR and Operations Manager.
