**Service management**
Accountable for delivering reliable solutions, for Service Management, Service Desks, Incident, Change & Problem Management, Availability, Capacity, IT Disaster Recovery management.
**Infrastructure Management**
Accountable for Infrastructure & Operations function across the group, ensuring delivery of Cloud Services, Network, security, and other core technology platforms.
Over time, build a team of technical experts to support technical operations across the group. Build commitment and engagement across the technical team, to drive operational and technical excellence.

**Head of Infrastructure and Services - Farnborough - Perm
**Key Skills**:
- Infrastructure experience from design, build and run
- Service delivery experience and ITIL Qualified
- To provide leadership to a team comprising of between 5 to 10 direct reports.
- Implement systems and metrics to support continuous improvement in operational performance.
- Ensure our infrastructure and service delivery team is running and delivering to the service levels agreed with the business.
- Work with the development and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time with the correct infrastructure and service.
- Co-ordinating employees and suppliers across the IT Supply Chain for all incidents and problems, monitoring and reporting on performance metrics.
- Quality assure and hold the internal team and suppliers accountable for 1st and 2nd line incident and problem management services to employees.
- Ensuring our infrastructure and service roadmaps are maintained and delivered against supporting the overall IT and business strategy.
