An exciting opportunity has arisen for an **Operations Support Agent** to join the team and support the Depot Management/Team by carrying out all traffic office functions in an efficient and cost effective manner

This is a key role for the operation and will be based in the Leeds depot working Monday-Friday 11:00am-08:00pm.

**The role**:

- Answering incoming calls from Customers in relation to collection requests and delivery queries
- Checking and investigating all failed deliveries/collections, prioritising and re
- allocating failures for the next day delivery as required
- Providing high quality Customer Service and ensuring the Company image is maintained at all times through courteous/respectful communication/follow up and the effective prioritisation of requirements.
- Maintaining clear and effective communications/collaboration with the Depot/team and managers
- Proactively encouraging a positive and constructive relationship with the customer.
- Producing reports and generate statistics for management team.

**If you have**:

- Experience of working within a similar role.
- Knowledge and understanding of transport legislation.
- Ability to work both on your own initiative and to follow instruction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- PC literacy and competence in use of Microsoft packages such as Excel.
- A flexible and team-based approach to working.
- General awareness of health and safety.

**Salary**: £11.85 per hour
