Customer Service Advisor - Starting salary between £21,700 to £27,500 (depending on hours, skills and experience) plus additional benefits
- Our standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part time working)._
- However we want you to have the flexibility to increase your working hours if it suits you, so we also offer the option for an enhanced 40 hour contract which has an enhanced salary of up to £27,500._

Location: Bristol/Norwich/Sheffield/York - this is a hybrid working role with 60% of your time in the office and 40% at home offering flexibility. (Initially it will be full-time for training - c. 12 weeks).

Allocated shift pattern between:
08:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Finds it easy to talk to customers and can handle customers interactions with sympathy and support, whilst providing clear information- Experience of working within an office environment is highly desirable, although strong experience within another professional customer-facing role would be considered, i.e. retail.- Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions in a customer-focused team environment- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly demanding, constantly changing environment.- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
