**Project Manager - Metal Facades & Cladding**
Job Title: Project Manager - Metal Facades & Cladding

Area to be covered: London
Remuneration: £45,000 - £60,000 + discretionary bonus

The role of the Project Manager - Metal Facades & Cladding will involve:
- Project Manager position dealing with various metal façade and cladding systems
- Managing all site operatives and sub-contractors
- Organise all plant and material orders / deliveries to site
- Ensure that works are completed safely and to the requirements
- Prepare method statements, RAMS and H&S documents
- Regularly liaise with the CAD team to gain understanding of site requirements
- Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation
- Prepare all handover documents for the installation team
- Attend site meetings where required
- Handover completed project to clients
- Responsible for providing accurate information for regional monthly appraisals and various other reports
The ideal applicant will be Project Manager - Metal Facades & Cladding with:
- Must have extensive Project Management experience within the metal cladding / façade market sector
- Experienced in managing multiple teams
- Ideally experience in preformed aluminium & curtain walling installation
- Must have SSSTS/SMSTS
- Must be confident in resolving any project related issues in a professional manor
- IT literate in Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving license
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
