**Job summary**:
A Resourcing Partner is required for a permanent role with the Department for Transport (DfT) paying £31,349 per annum and based in either Birmingham, Leeds or Swansea.

DfT is the government department responsible for transport. We work with our agencies and partners to support the transport network, and plan and invest in the infrastructure needed to keep the UK on the move.

**Job description**:
You will be the ‘go-to’ person for your Agency by building your reputation and credibility by having professional and trusting relationships with key stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Delivering measurable improvement in the management of recruitment campaigns, engaging proactively and strategically with the BU Resourcing Lead, HR Business Partners, and other key stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvements in recruitment guidance or policy and processes, aiming to achieve an overall reduction in time to hire and continuous improvement in the quality of hire
- Supporting the team of Resourcing Advisors by sharing your knowledge and expertise of your Executive Agency to ensure the effective delivery of day-to-day recruitment campaigns for your customers
- Managing service delivery of all resourcing requirements for your customers and work as part of a team to support your DRG colleagues in delivering overall priorities

**Person specification**:
In order to be successful in this role, you will be required to evidence the following skills and experience:

- Experience of working in a 360 resourcing environment
- Experience of sourcing methods
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work at pace within set timeframes
- Able to work as part of a bigger team within a complex work environment

**Additional Information**

A minimum of 40% of your working time should be spent at your principal workplace, although requirements to attend other locations for official business, or carry out detached duty in another DfT workplace, will also count towards this level of attendance.
