Position Summary:
You will meet, greet, and look after the needs of our patients from start to end, as well as manage diaries, deal with client aftercare services. You will be kept busy advising patients on product purchases and ensuring an immaculately presented waiting area at all times. This is a fast-paced environment but a rewarding role in a thriving industry.

Personal presentation is second to none and you must take great pride in your appearance as you will be the face of our clinic. Uniform, high heels, hair and make up will be a daily requirement of the role and you will be monitored in respect of this. An interest and experience in having aesthetic treatments personally would be preferred.

Role Requirements:

- Able to demonstrate pro-active selling ability.
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional Luxury customer service.
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
- Possesses a warm, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be comfortable communicating with all levels of management and staff.
- Articulate with great attention to detail is a must - including prices, descriptions and always to brief when selling.
- Well-presented, confident, punctual, reliable, intuitive.
- Act in professional, friendly, polite, and positive manner with clients at all times.
- Able to maintain confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail.
- Able to deal with complex issues fast and efficiently putting clients first at all times.
- Meeting and greeting clients, providing a 5* luxury experience for all patients.
- Dealing with client queries in a polite and professional manner, maintaining exceptional standards of customer service and upholding the company's professional image at all times.
- Managing telephone enquiries appointment bookings and maintaining accurate client records against the computer database.
- Arriving and checking out patients according to the booking system and dealing with patients who are late and whom have not attended their appointments.
- Taking correct payments and accurately maintaining client accounts.
- Ensuring the clinic is always looking immaculate, clean and tidy as you will be responsible for front of house.
- Preparing patient files and individual clinic lists for practitioners according to their diaries and treatments booked.
- Managing the diary and booking out treatments and correct rooms for correct treatments.
- Taking and passing on relevant messages to relevant colleagues.
- Have a strong knowledge of all treatments performed at the clinic (training will be provided) in order to offer correct information and support on treatments and services when communicating with patients.

**Experience**:

- Experience in a front of house/reception role within spa, aesthetics or medical.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm even under pressure.
- A team player with an excellent attitude towards work experience in retail sales.
- Passion and interest in the aesthetic industry.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced industry.

Hours consist of three full days including one evening and alternate Saturdays per month

Hours
- Monday - 9am
- 7pm/8pm (alternate)

Tuesday - 9am - 6pm

Friday - 9am - 6pm

Saturday (alternate) 9am until 5pm

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
