**Must have warehouse experience minimum 6 months**

**Must have held a Counterbalance FLT licence (Must be RTITB or ITTSSAR) for more than 2 years**

**Monday to Friday, 0600-1400 OR 1400-2200 OR 2200-0600**

**OT Rates: from £19.74 and up to £23.68 per hour**

**Temp to Perm Opportunity.**

Mach Recruitment is recruiting for several Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to work in a large food production and distribution site in Manchester, Gorton, M18 8EQ.

**The role**:
As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver you will be working within a food production environment and your duties will be as followed:

- Ensuring that all stock delivered is received in line with specification where appropriate and ensuring appropriate traceability is maintained so that required items are available to production when required.
- Recording stock movements accurately in real time to maintain system integrity and system traceability.
- Accurately completing of any documentation required.
- Maintaining high personal hygiene standards and observing all company hygiene, quality and housekeeping standards.

**About you**:
As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver you will have the following skills and experience:

- System inventory accuracy.
- Stock rotation, waste.
- Lot tracking accuracy
- Health & Safety, Quality and GMP targets, measures and audit results
- QMS Adherence
- Has good attention to detail, accuracy and takes a pride in their work.
- Effective clear communicator [verbal and written] and good at listening and hearing
- Able to effectively and meaningfully understand instructions and plans to determine and drive actions.
- Engages people with a respectful and helpful attitude.
- Ability to plan, prioritise, organise well and deliver to agreed deadlines.
- Takes responsibility and demonstrates initiative.
- Role model’s behaviours and ways of working we value as a business [Inc. GMP, quality and health and safety]
