Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for a senior Technical Author with a background in the nuclear sector to be engaged on a contract basis in Cumbria.

**Required**:
Experience of working within a highly regulated industry in a role having direct influence over engineering and operational instructions.

Skills must include proficiency with MS Office programmes and high degree of technical literacy.

Working in multi disciplined teams in a nuclear environment.

Excellent interpersonal, technical communication and stakeholder skills. Particularly working closely with operations and maintenance staff.

**Desired**:
HNC or equivalent

Mechanical and/or electrical engineering experience.

Can demonstrate successful delivery of engineering documentation to budget, time and quality.
