Kind Heart Recruitment is a recruitment agency operating in the social and education sector.

We have been instructed on an exciting mandate to find tutors who are able to provide classroom tuition to a group of children (upto 8 per class).

**Tutor Position at Tutor Wave**:

Our tuition centres, spread across Yorkshire and Humberside, cater to a wide range of students, providing tailored support, and helping each student reach their full potential.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging tuition sessions that align with Tutor Wave's personalised approach.
- Identify and adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual learning styles and needs of each student.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and their parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with the Tutor Wave team to develop and implement innovative educational resources and approaches.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably with a focus on face-to-face tuition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and helping students succeed.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

**How to Apply**:

**Salary**: £19.65-£66.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
