**Adecco Kettering are currently recruiting for some exciting opportunities to join BSH Home appliances in Corby as Nightshift Customer Service Advisors.**

BSH Home appliances are the largest manufacturer of home appliances in Europe and a fantastic employer within the Corby area with several departments on site.

You will be joining an existing team and we have **permanent opportunities** available to start in April.

**Some of your roles and responsibilities within this position will be**:

- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Order processing
- Administration of data input onto the system
- Promotion of products and services
- Taking ownership of customer enquires through to completion
- Strong computer skills
- Great telephone manner
- Good team player
- Excellent eye for detail
- Ability to work within SLA's and work towards KPI's
- Industry knowledge/experience within customer service/call centre

**Working Hours: 11pm - 7am (Sunday - Thursday)**

You will be required to work 2 bank holidays per year.
Your first 6 weeks in the role will be office based training.

**Pay Rate**: £25,307 per annum

**Start date**: April 2023
