Event Concept have an opportunity for a full-time Motion Designer to join our team. In this role, reporting into our Head of Content, you’ll be a pivotal part of creating content both for live events and digital channels, working across a wide range of disciplines, media and sectors.

Event Concept is a leading creative production agency specialising in live, hybrid and virtual event production. Our team comprises industry leading specialists across design, scenic construction, technical production, creative, content and live show management. From global brand experiences, conferences and award shows to virtual production through our in-house studios, we work with our clients to create meaningful human experiences.

Our amazing team are at the heart of business and the reason we consistently deliver excellence to our clients and continually innovate. We are looking for a Motion Designer that shares our love for delivering exceptional experiences.

**Who are you?**
- Specialist in creative motion design with a passion for content creation (experience with both 2D and 3D a big plus).
- 3+ years of experience in motion design, animation, preferably in an agency or studio environment.
- Skilled user of industry-standard graphics software like Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator. Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro. Knowledge of Cinema 4D or other 3D animation software is a big plus.
- Passionate about design, and have a strong understanding of design principles, colour theory and typography.
- Keen to learn and willing to adapt to the needs of a fast-growing department.
- Take a detail-oriented approach to working with a strong eye for detail.
- Proven ability to translate brands and visual identity into compelling, high-quality video content.
- Confident in developing style frames and storyboard concepts.
- Can demonstrate a range of styles and disciplines and are comfortable working across sectors ranging from B2B, B2C, lifestyle and private.
- Curious-minded and proactive in researching new tools, tips & tricks, software updates, and AI that can both improve your work and workflow.
- Comfortable with taking feedback and incorporating it quickly, prioritizing and adapting to ever-changing demands.
- Can easily and efficiently balance time across multiple projects, working in a fast-growth environment.
- Approachable with a collaborative/team-player attitude.
- You’re able to work with mínimal supervision, taking responsibility for your work, prioritising projects in an organised manner while managing expectations across teams.
- You have some events industry experience and/or an understanding of live show/broadcast production.

**Day to day you’ll be**:

- Collaborating with our Creative and Content teams on concepts and storyboards.
- Creating great motion graphics for digital and live events and digital video content.
- Working with production & creative teams to understand project scope and objectives.
- Participating in creative content brainstorm sessions and providing input on best practice. for the best possible delivery to meet project specific needs.
- Working to tight deadlines whilst not compromising on quality and creative.
- Providing show-ready outputs to accurate technical specifications.
- Proactively communicating issues, opportunities, and creative insights to the team.
