**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, adhering to established quality and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with the bar team to provide beverage services, including mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Assist in planning and organizing event logistics, including room setups, audiovisual equipment, and decor.
- Monitor and respond to guest enquiries and requests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in catering and bar areas, following food safety regulations.
- Assist with post-event cleanup and breakdown, including clearing tables, disposing of waste, and returning equipment to designated storage areas.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and other team members to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide support during peak event periods, including early mornings, weekends, and evenings, as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in bar operations, preferably in a conference or event setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for cleanliness and presentation.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, evenings, and extended hours as required by event schedules.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and carry heavy items throughout the event.
- Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
