Measurement Surveyor

**Quantity Surveyor (Measurement Surveyor), Islington, London**

A chartered consultancy in Islington are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team, and work as a Measurement Surveyor.
They work predominantly work on the contractor side, and are successful and growing

**The role: Measurement Surveyor - high volume FM schemes**

As a Measurement Surveyor, you will be working on a long term FM schemes for 2 important clients.
Schemes range from £100 - £100,000, and will involve day-to-day reactive maintenance, as well as planned works.
You will be estimating for larger jobs off SOR, then, if the job goes ahead, you will be measuring the jobs on completion.
In addition there will be a high volume of jobs coming in on a daily basis, for roof repairs etc. For these contracts you will be measuring to invoice, to enable the client to recover monies owed from their client

You will be happy to work in an office based / low stress role, undertaking measurement works.

£40-50,000 + 24 days holiday + bank holidays

Working hours 8-5

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £22,421.31-£55,000.00 per year
