- **Who are we?**_

4site are a signage company based in Laindon, Essex. We offer a complete graphics solution for Property Developers and Retailers. We fully encompass the design brief from planning and surveys, through manufacture and printing to management and safe implementation.

We are seeking a site labourer; we are based in Laindon but you will be required to travel all over the South East UK (transport provided).

**Mandatory Requirements**: - CSCS Card, references

**Preferred but not essential**: Construction site experience, Full UK driving licence
- Main duties on site:_
- General manual labouring on site, tidying up & helping with deliveries.
- Setting up a safe working environment on site and working within site specific and general Health & Safety guidelines.
- Following instructions laid out in method statements and risk assessments. Appropriate PPE will be provided.
- Personal Skills:_
- Physically fit individual with good manual handling skills (some heavy lifting involved)
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly with your supervisor, office and site contacts
- Working co-operatively as part of a two-person team, supporting our site fitter/s
- Excellent timekeeping, reliable and the ability to work hard
- Salary dependant on age and experience_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Laindon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
