South View Partnership is a large GP surgery in central Bromley, BR1.

We have a vacancy to join our friendly and supportive non-clinical team as a Patient Advisor.

The vacancy is to work up to 17 hours per week over 3 days, the shifts will be a combination of AM (7.45am-1pm) and PM (12.45pm-7pm) in addition to one Saturday morning (8am-11am) every 12 weeks on rotation. Flexibility is essential to cover absences.

In addition, as part of our primary care contract to deliver extended access, applicants may be required to work overtime on the occasional weekend and evening.

As part of our friendly Reception team you will be responsible for providing an efficient service to our patients. This is an extremely busy and demanding role, therefore the successful applicant will have previous Reception and administration experience, have excellent communication and organisational skills with a calm, caring and empathetic approach.

Previous experience of Emis or an alternative clinical system are desirable as is experience of working within a surgery or similar healthcare setting.
