Our client are a leading privately owned beverages processor and distributor with multiple sites across the UK.
Owing to a period of expansion, an opening has been created within the HR function for a HR generalist advisor, reporting to the Group HR manager to support in the delivery of HR matters, both at the Company's head office in West London and for the provisionof remote HR support to selected UK sites.
This is a great opportunity for a confident HR generalist to assist in the delivery of a busy HR remit, to work with a diverse client group and to assist the development and delivery of a HR agenda for a large company at a very important stage in their growthplans.
- **Core duties will inc**_**lude**:_
- Support the HR Manager with Head office ER matters
- Assist the HR manager in the delivery of various HR projects, including job evaluation, department re-structuring, TUPE consultation delivery, employee engagement / well being and external compliance audits
- Deliver HR advice to selected UK sites, working closely with Site Managers to ensure HR compliance
- Support and / or lead disicplinary / grievance investigations at head office where required
- Assist the HR manager in the recruitment of skilled roles up to management level
- Lead on staff welfare meetings, coordination Medical assessments
- Support in periodic reviews of HR processes and policies
- Several years of experience working in a HR generalist role
- Good working knnowledge of employee relations management and employment law
- Experience working in a logistics, manufacturing, retail sector is desirable but not essential
- Ability to manage your own caseload and to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- There may also be scope for the role to allow remote working for 1 day per week / several days per month._
