**Purpose of Role**:
The AV Content Creator is responsible for onsite
- Studio, strategy, production, distribution, promotion and success of AV content. This position will produce high-quality hyper-realistic animations, videos, renders, movies, photography for internal and external communications.

The AV Content Creator will be comfortable introducing new photography and cinematic styles and methods such as: ariel photography, drones. etc. To interpret and implement the creative vision and CID across all materials.

This role requires high-level of self-motivation and the ability to work to strict deadlines often without supervision, whilst under pressure.

You will need to have a confident, can-do attitude. You will be required to set-up and direct video shoots.

**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- The AV Content Creator will be responsible for developing a strategy, identifying gaps, and proposing content for audio visual channels to achieve results in online increased traffic, increased visibility, and brand awareness and sales leads in coordination with the overall business strategy.
- Working from creative briefs, ensuring delivery of finalised assets on time and to tight deadlines.
- Comfortable setting up and arranging external studio and on-site studio shoots.
- Comfortable receiving and output various file formats inc.stp. mp4, mov etc
- Increase Control Techniques brand presence in video channels and use SEO to present the company’s brand.
- Create video production guidelines and manage their use to ensure consistency of video production across the company, globally.
- Analysis of video metrics including appropriate analytics, implement reporting and suggest targets for continual improvement.
- Take ownership of the full cradle to grave process of videos inc: Storyboarding, scriptwriting, capture, presenting and editing.
- Independent understanding of 3rd party services and how they can be used within the product.
- Attend regular training events and courses to further your knowledge and expertise
- Be an ambassador for global marketing; strive to add value for the wider organisation and for affiliates, driving marketing excellence across the organisation

**Travel Requirements**:
National travel will be necessary for on location filming, photography, meeting customers, colleagues. Ability to transport required kit is essential. International travel may be necessary for meetings, conferences, exhibitions and events.

**Required Qualification & Experience**:

- Qualification in motion graphics & video production/or equivalent proven portfolio & professional experience, knowledge in AV content creation.
- Proven expertise of the Adobe Creative Suite including illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Maxon Cinema 4D
- Experience and track record of managing and implementing video production
- Experience and track record of directing, filming, editing and producing video content
- Experience and track record in the production of hyper-realistic animations
- Experience and track record of photography in a studio and onsite
- Experience Managing agencies in video production and photography

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Newtown, Powys: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
