**Senior Asset Information & Support Officer**:
Job description

Tenant Services owns and manages over 5000 homes across the Stroud District. Our Asset Management system forms the foundation upon which the rest of the business is built and is an essential strand of the fabric of business-critical information.

We are looking for someone to Lead the Asset Team in the collation, and management of asset information.

You will ideally have experience of providing a similar role and have a background in construction or data analysis, have strong administration skills and have experience in leading a team.

You will also have experience in.
- Data Interpretation
- Experience in Data interrogation and virtualisation
- Experience with managing Housing Disrepair Claims & Complaint Handling
- Experience of information systems and databases, NEC, and Keystone or using an asset management system is an advantage
- Excellent skills and experience using Microsoft Access and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and strong presentation skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and project work
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Understanding of asset management and property issues

We are particularly interested in applicants who have experience of working within a local authority or social housing environment and who have asset management experience.
