About us

Our Malvern shop is looking for volunteers to join the team. Our Sue Ryder Malvern shop is situated in the beautiful hillside town of Great Malvern nestled into the famous Malvern Hills. It is a very popular destination for walkers and we have many weekend visitors who come to take in the amazing views from the top, the Cotswolds to the east and the Brecon Beacons to the west. Our small but well stocked shop is well worth a visit, offering an excellent range of clothing and accessories with many designer brands. There is also a good selection of bric-a-brac and books, and we regularly have a display of vintage books.

About you

Do you have an eye for a bargain, get excited about sustainable fashion or love helping customers discover pre-loved treasures? As a Customer Service & Till volunteer you will be one of the store’s friendly faces who will help us to provide the best customer experience. Till training will be provided.

You will also be helping us to inspire communities to provide more care for more people through innovating and collaborating on ways to reduce, reuse and recycle.

Full training will be provided, and travel at a reasonable local rate can be reimbursed for shifts of four hours or more, as agreed with the local manager.

How much time does the role take up?

Volunteering is flexible and can be a regular morning or afternoon. You can opt for weekdays, weekends, or as and when you are available.
