Learning Support Assistants

Reading, United Kingdom Addington Special School Full time

**30 hours per week, term time only plus 2 INSET days**

Providing support to the Class Teacher, you will be working as part of a team to assist in delivering a high quality education for our pupils. The role will involve assisting with the general management of pupils, preparing the classroom and setting out resources, supporting with pupils' individual needs and assisting with maintaining records of pupils' progress. You will have access to excellent professional development centred on teaching strategies for children and young people with special needs and disabilities.

Due to expansion, we are due to open an additional new site in October 2023 in Farley Hill. The site will be an Early Years Centre and we are interested to hear from applicants who are interested in working in Woodley only or both Woodley and Farley Hill sites.
