As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Cargo Customer Services Team in Heathrow as a Cargo Customer Services Executive.

Duties Include:
Ensuring that the customer service provided by the Cargo Department meet the local customer's requirements and to be a single point of contact for queries, information and concerns

Enhancing customer experience and to resolve queries within our stated service level

Coordinating with Cargo Global Customer Service Team and Revenue Management Team in order to respond to queries on shipments to the Clients/ Agents

Creating maximum awareness of Cargo products and services to customers who request such information and in the meantime to provide management with any market intelligence on the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities with regards to services andoperations

Ensuring the shipment mishandled is traced and tracked in a timely manner and appropriate report listing such mishandled shipment to be formulated and forwarded to the supervisors

Planning customer service team coverage / Weekend Rota

Overseeing customer service team daily operations

First Escalation point of contact

**Qualifications**:
About you

**Minimum of a high school qualification with 3 years of related experience within an airline or air freight industry**

Good knowledge of air cargo industry

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of the local market

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Good command of written and spoken English

Has the current legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom

Working hours are Monday-Friday 9-530pm, however the client may require early start 7am / late shift to 7pm and the occasional Sat or Sun ( on an overtime basis) is maybe one or twice per month but this would be shared out on a rota amongst the team
