Brook Street are looking for individuals to join our client based in IP27 area on a temporary to permanent basis after 16 weeks. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic company who specialise in construction manufacturing.

Our client offers a competitive rate of pay, as well as a bonus scheme to boost your salary in exchange for your reliability

**Pay rate**: £10.50ph, increasing to £11.50ph on completion of a full 5 day working week (42hours minimum to qualify)

**Hours**:Full-time, 6am start, finish depends on clean up, roughly 5pm
- Saturday working offered £15.75ph (time and half) optional.
- 1 hour for lunch

**Uniform**: Must have own safety boots - steel toe caps

Main duties include:

- Working in the concrete housing, assisting with laying of concrete moulds.
- Feeding steel pipes through concrete for assembly of pillars and other items.
- Due to the heavy lifting required, you must be able to comfortably lift 25KG when required.
- Assisting with cleaning up of concrete house at the end of shift
- Being aware of all health and safety within the warehouse and working environment, and reporting of any concerns.
- Being able to work well as part of a team as well as being self-motivated to achieve set targets.
- Able to work in a busy warehouse / construction environment.
- Being able to communicate in written and verbal English, due to health and safety on site and operating machinery when required.
