**Your new role**
In your new role you will undertake general administration support to the organisation and its stakeholders. Your main duties will include:

- Maintain general administration systems for the residential home including computer and paper systems
- Maintain an accurate register of all young people in the home
- Compile formal reports on residents using information supplied by support staff
- Receive visitors into the home
- Deal with all telephone calls and queries
- Be able to confidently and accurately take minutes at various meetings as required
- Carry our other general administration tasks as required and directed
- Engage positively with both staff, residents and external stakeholders at all time.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed you will need to deliver an effective and competent level of clerical support and consistently deliver a "client-focused" service which promotes good customer service and effective working relationships. Be able to work on own initiative and be responsiblefor the planning of administrative work and ensure that it is completed within the required timescales.
