**About the stores**

**Woolwich**

Open since 1993, the store enjoys an ideal location on the main high street, exposed to high volumes of passing footfall. The store operates with 7 test rooms, 1 HC room and operates as a spoke business.

There is a good sized team of 20 in place.

There store requires a dedicated Optometry partner that can focus on improving service levels, team development and training, as well as KPI’s.

**Charlton Riverside**

Specsavers in Charlton Riverside first opened its doors in 2018. The store is in a large Sainsburys superstore within a popular retail park. The loyal and growing customer base includes many shoppers visiting stores in Greenwich shopping park such as Marks and Spencer as well as those visiting the nearby Brocklebank shopping outlet.

The store has 2 optical test rooms and 1 hear care room all fully equipped with the latest clinical technology including OCT, meaning you will have everything you need to perform sight tests to the highest possible standards. We offer enhanced clinical services including MECS glaucoma testing and cataract appointments.

A team of 10 dedicated colleagues call this store home.

**Requirements of the role**

Alongside being a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist, you will need to be driven, enthusiastic and dedicated to both businesses. We are looking for someone who wants to grow and develop the team, offer exceptional customer care and improve patient outcomes. You’ll be a practitioner who prides themselves on their clinical judgment, isn’t afraid of a hands-on approach, and someone who is keen to get involved and build a rapport with their team. In summary, you’ll be a highly skilled Optometry professional willing and able to help drive the practice forward.
