**About us**
Dunedin Sales & Lettings is an Independant Estate Agent established for 10 years, we are looking for someone to join our lettings team inparticular our property maintenance department.
**Responsibilities**:
- Deal with day-to-day property maintenance issues
- Actively manage a portfolio of properties
- Handling property compliance (Gas Safety, EIC/EICR and EPC)
- Invoice management and processing
- Raise work-orders for all works
- Carrying out mid-term property visits and preparing reports
- Ability to work independently, whilst also being a team player
- Maintaining good relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing relationships with contractors
- Follow up and report on rental arrears and statements for landlords and tenants
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in a property maintenance role, preferably in the lettings industry
- Great organisation and time management
- Comply with all current legislation affecting the business
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience using Microsoft Office is essential
- Great telephone manner
- UK Driving Licence
Hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with a requirement to work 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-2pm
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
