SF are working exclusively with a large services business based in Gloucestershire, they are market leaders across several sectors and the group they have been growing organically and through acquisitions. The group are now invoicing over 3500 customers with over 5000 invoices being processed a month.

They offer excellent benefits including flexible and hybrid working. With offices across the UK, including Tamworth and Gloucester in the Midlands.

Our client is looking for a strong Dispute Management/Query Resolution professional to come in and own the process. The organisation have a complex Invoice to Cash process across different legacy systems, and with a number of acquisitions a substantial amount of legacy/aged debt. The person will need to have a tenacious quality about them, aswell as a strong Credit background. This contract is likely to last 4-6 months supporting the business.

Previous experience in an high volume environment
Be Immediately available for a quick start
Experience in business partnering at all levels
Strong communication and Business Partnering skills
Process improvement mindset
Ability to self motivate and be hands on
