The role will require the person to work with accuracy and attention to detail, whilst using their people skills.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Support the team in all aspects of marketing work
- Support with the ordering system for the finance team
- Attend events, including the supporting of running and representing the College internally and externally
- Support with posting on social media channels and creating content for these
- Carry out market research as required

**About you**:

- An understanding of and interest in marketing concepts, along with enthusiasm to learn and develop new skills and knowledge across multiple marketing channels and tactics
- Comfortable with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, confidence in communicating with stakeholders, and able to liaise with internal and external customers at many different levels
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a dedicated and collaborative team
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills - identify opportunities and overcome challenges
- Takes a proactive approach in the role; understands and maintains an awareness of modern marketing techniques
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- General office administration skills, seeks ways to add value to provide administrative support across the team

**Qualifications Required**:
5 GCSES grades 4 to 9 (A* to C) or equivalent including Maths & English Language

37 hours per week

Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm with ½ an hour for lunch (unpaid)

£231.25 per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship
