AMS are recruiting **Webchat Customer Advisors** to work with our client NatWest Group in a non-telephony customer service role.

We're looking for someone with a background in delivering excellent customer service. You will work in an evolving contact centre environment and experience of this would be beneficial.

Start Date: 30th January 2023
- £12.32 per hour
- Hybrid working during training, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm **(2-3 days on site)**:

- After training, **1 day a week required in office**:

- You will work rotational shifts between 5am and 6pm, Monday - Friday
- **Temp to perm opportunity**

**What you'll do**
- This is an opportunity to make a positive impact to our client's global colleagues, as you deliver first class customer service to support their queries via an internal chat facility.
- You'll be actively participating in initiatives to improve customer service, processes and procedures whilst achieving personal KPI's in line with the Workplace Service Centre metrics.
- You'll hone your existing problem-solving techniques to capture details and make sound decisions
- You will Take ownership of customer issues, sharing information and next steps where required

**The skills you'll need**
- Excellent communication skills
- A desire to provide customers with excellent service
- A desire to learn new skills
- Ability to work in a great team
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems
- A basic understanding of a KPI environment
- Ability to thrive in changing environment
- Ability to pass a keyboard typing test
