Schedule works, liaise with customers, installation operatives, sales staff and surveyors.
- Check all submitted eligibility documents in a sensitive and detailed manner.
- Schedule works in accordance with the company guidelines and provide customers with comprehensive details as to what work needs to be carried out.
- Collate, check, submit and maintain required administrative information and installation data as required.
- Making sure CRM and Connect boards are always kept up to date.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the policies and procedures of BidConnecter Ltd.
- Coordinate work tasks with sub-contractors, clients and staff.
- Complete all necessary works process documentation accurately and legibly, to ensure correct completion.
- Liaise with external partners for whom BidConnecter delivers schemes and programmes.
- Assist with the management of the environmental aspects and impacts of the Company and comply with environmental procedures, including waste management.
- Assist senior managers with any ad-hoc tasks.

- A self-motivated robust and pro-active problem-solver.
- Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised but also capable of working well within a team.
- Competent in a range of data management systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Cloud documents.
- Robust in managing and prioritising workload, working under pressure and generating results while dealing with clashing deadlines.
- Cheerful approachable and friendly disposition.
- Shows initiative and enthusiasm.
- Good organisational skills and time management.
- Adaptable to change.
- Able to understand and explain complex processes.
- Good general level of education including GCSE A-C in Maths and English
- Ability to assess, analyse and interpret data and information.
- An understanding of the Data Protection Act and principles of confidentiality.

**Required experience**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels, and in a professional manner - written and verbal.
- Customer Service experience, face to face and excellent telephone manner.
- A highly organised professional with a keen eye for detail and planning skills.
- Able to work within a team, and independently.
- Intermediate IT skills and strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to liaise confidently with senior management.

**Desired experience**
- Understanding of the Ofgem Local Authority Flex & ECO4 process.
- Experience working in the Eco industry.

**Salary**: £23,800.00-£25,200.00 per year
