- Help ensure the continued smooth running of the Living Space bar
- Assist the Living Space manager in designing the cocktail menu
- Assist the Living Space manager with stock ordering and stock control
- Work on both the bar and on the floor if required
- Prepare beverages (hot/cold) to the required standard
- Continually build upon company and product knowledge
- Keeping your section clean and tidy, including the floor area
- Ensure all bills are closed and correctly charged to the room, whether paid by cash or credit card (as instructed)
- Inform your supervisor/manager of any guest-related issues or non-payment of bills
