Venn Group are pleased to have once again partnered with one of our valued Healthcare clients, to source an experienced data analyst for the following assignment:
**Location**:

- Hertfordshire (remote working with occasional travel)

Contract:

- Nine months +

Rate:

£226.36 per day Ltd.

Hours:

37.5 p/week

**Your duties will include**:

- Managing the production of performance reporting, returns and forecasting within a matrix management environment, where responsibilities and team members may be split between different managers and parts of the organisation
- Ensuring deadlines are adhered to and opportunities for automation or simplification are identified
- Managing the timetable of work, escalating to the Programme and Workstream Leads where there are issues
- Promoting and developing the data analysis capabilities across the network of organisations, to ensure increased awareness of the services and skills available
- Collating and analysing data, providing accurate interpretation, evaluation and timely reporting of information relating to activity, performance, clinical quality, clinical outcomes, current workforce and future supply within the network in accordancewith national and local data quality and data protection requirements
- Interrogating and modelling a range of specialist and complex information issues to inform network development, business & workforce planning and operational decision making
- Sourcing, validating, analysing, interpreting and presenting data for Network, HR and other key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Providing accurate and timely analytics to support the implementation of transformation and efficiency programmes, in collaboration with programme leads
- Working closely with members of the Business Informatics and Workforce Information teams to ensure local reports and national returns are submitted according to relevant timetables
- Scanning the horizon for future information requirements so that necessary investment can be included in the planning process
- Strong Excel and Power BI skills

- Proven experience in a senior analyst post
