We are pleased to share several opportunities to join Flagship Group’s Aset Management Team, as a Stock Surveyor. The role is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, working 37 hours per week: Monday to Friday.

This is a field-based /mobile job role and will require travel to our customers and properties in and around Dereham, Norwich, Newmarket and Thetford.

The role comes with Agile Working.

In this job role as a Stock Surveyor, you will deliver a rolling stock condition survey programme. Undertaking stock condition surveys including collecting property data, assessing structure integrity and estimating life cycles of major components where appropriate during survey visits.

Your main responsibilities are to undertake Energy Performance Assessments and produce EPCs. To collect data and input into the asset database. Provide advice to other Flagship employees and external stakeholders as required to support related projects and surveying matters. Ensuring legislative and regulatory compliance in delivering the service (includes but not exclusive to HHSRS, Energy Performance of Building Regs 2012, Housing Act 2004, Safeguarding, Decent Homes standard).

Applications are welcomed for the role of Stock Surveyor from those with previous experience of identifying technical defects in domestic property, EPC Surveying, Stock Condition Surveying, sector legislation and regulation.

You will have an excellent understanding of construction. Be passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with good written and verbal skills.

Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, including Grade C or above in Maths and English and you must have a Domestic Energy Assessor and a Health & Safety qualification such as IOSH or similar qualification. You will also need a full valid driving licence.
