**Role: Finance Manager**
**Location: Barnoldswick**
**Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum**
**Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm**
Our client, a well-established, forward thinking, growing organisation require an experienced Office Manager to join their Finance team based in Barnoldswick.
**The Role**
¨ Managing a small team of Accounts staff
¨ Take responsibility for the sales and purchase ledgers
¨ Oversee Weekly Payroll Processing
¨ Balance sheet reconciliations
¨ Preparation and submission of VAT returns
¨ Sales, purchase and nominal ledger month end journals
¨ Calculation of sales and purchase rebates
¨ Updating and analysing cash flow
¨ Managing the costings
¨ Completing national statistic surveys
¨ Any other accounting duties
¨ General Administration support of Purchasing and HR Functions
**About You**
¨ You will be a full or part qualified accountant ACCA, CIMA, ACA or QBE
¨ Proven experience of managing a finance function of a rapidly growing SME business is required
¨ High standard of literacy and numerical skills required
¨ Excellent Microsoft Office skills; especially Excel
¨ Excellent timekeeping and deadline driven
¨ Proactive and excellent attention to detail
¨ Ability to build good working relationships
¨ Willing and able to roll sleeves up and get involved
