Join a global organisation on a permanent basis as an HR Advisor
**Your new company**
Hays HR is delighted to be supporting a global organisation, a leader in their field on the recruitment of a permanent HR Advisor. When you join this new organisation you will work as part of the HR function to deliver advisory support to the organisation andsupport on the implementation of projects.
**Your new role**
In your new role you will work closely with the HR Team and wider organisation. Some of your responsibilities will include the following:

- Provide first contact HR support and advice
- Help to support the HR Administration function
- Support Managers and provide advice in relation to disciplines & grievances
- Support on recruitment and involved in recruitment fairs
- Work alongside the HR Manager and support with projects
- Oversee Employee Relation case management
- Monitor absence management trends

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful within this role you will be required to have worked in a HR Generalist role previously, have experience dealing with Employee Relations and be able to demonstrate experience of coaching and training colleagues.
