We are looking for a **Bi-lingual Administrator** to assist our client on a temporary basis.

You will need to be able to speak, write and read **Mandarin**.

The role will pay £15 per hour. The office is just outside Hertford, and you will work from there on a Monday, but you can work from home for the rest of the week.

The hours for the position are 7.30 am to 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday.

The placement will last approximately 6 weeks.

On a day to day basis you will:

- Liaise with the Shanghai team who would be delegating some of their admin support requirements
- Data entry
- Preparing reports
- Contract drafting
- Quote drafting
- Scanning documents
- Online research for lead generation

We are looking for someone fluent in English and Mandarin, with solid administrative experience. This role can be fast paced, and you need to be able to problem solve and think you on your feet.
