The last few years has seen the company experience unprecedented growth and we now have a vacancy for a brand new HR Advisor to join the HR team We are looking for a level 3 CIPD qualified professional to act as the first line in a HR advisory capacity, so previous exposure to performance management, absense management, coaching Line Managers, recruitment is all essential to be successful in this role.
No two days will be the same, ensuring you always have a variety within your role. Your main job duties will include
- First point for Line Managers in a HR advisory capacity
- Onboarding of all new WB employees
- Obtaining references
- Any HR administration which may be required - drafting offer letters, contracts of employment, resignation accepts etc.
- Note taking where required by HR Manager
- Act as delegated authority for HR Manager
- Opportunity to grow and develop within role
To be successful in the role, you will be a dynamic, confident and proactive indiviual. You need to be confident to deal with employees at all levels of the business and aim for a first time resolution - offering robust, practical and compliant HR advise.
Delivering inductions will see you drawing on previous experience of presenting and/or training. You will be highly organised with a meticulous attention to detail, always striving to deliver the best in everything you do.
You should be able to work under your own initiative and be able to adapt to situations, learning new skills easily and enjoy meeting new people.
**Essential criteria**
CIPD level 3
Experience of delivering inductions (presentations/training accepted)

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
