**Role Description**

Join Rosa Furniture's Bristol showroom as a Sales Design Consultant, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include serving customers, maintaining the showroom's presentable appearance, hitting individual sales targets and completing daily administrative tasks. This multifaceted role requires excellent communication skills, a smart and friendly presence, and the ability to establish successful relationships with clients. As part of a small team, your commitment will be key to maintaining our brand's passion for quality and service. Your role extends beyond the showroom floor, contributing to the overall success of our customer-focused environment. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems
- Meet sales targets
- Analyse customer needs to offer personalised solutions
- Deliver excellent level of customer service
- Book in clients onto our Interior Design Service, and create high quality designs and build strong client relationships

Qualifications:

- Previous sales experience preferably in the furniture or home interiors industry but not essential
- Proven track record in sales or customer service roles
- Reliable with a meticulous eye for detail
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer requirements
- Proficiency in using MS office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good technical skill set in interior design and/or home furnishings, including space planning and product knowledge
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- GCSE English & Maths or equivalent preferred
- Familiarity with CAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite are a bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year
