**About The Role**:
This role is well-suited to someone who holds the SMF16 Compliance Monitoring Oversight, and seeking a hands-on challenge in an agile environment. You’ll be making use of your stellar communication skills to establish and maintain client relationships, ensuringyou deliver outstanding customer service to high levels of satisfaction.

Some Key Responsibilities:

- Building up a long-term book of clients in a competent, compliant, and professional manner.
- Generating new business and building introducer relationships through self-generated referrals and use of the leads provided by the sister firm.
- Taking accountability for the compliance oversight FCA function, with support from a third party compliance consultant.
- Delivering the end-to-end sales process. Including, conducting fact-find meetings with prospective customers, preparing sound financial plans to ensure clients meet their financial goals, and customising financial plans in accordance with clients’ changingneeds.
- Partaking in annual reviews to ensure client retention.
- Taking management of your own diary and time, efficiently prioritising tasks.

**About You**:
You will have a minimum of 3 years history providing independent financial advice across investments, pension, and protection. You will be driven and motivated, with a strong knowledge of compliance and the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Ideally you will:

- Be willing to upskill existing compliance knowledge in order to effectively perform the SMF16 function.
- Be a positive and optimistic individual who will thrive and support others in a new start up environment.
- Demonstrate a track record in retaining and growing portfolios of businesses within financial services.
- Be able and willing to travel to clients for face to face meetings.
- Be comfortable with tech and able to adapt to the systems required to optimise performance.
- Be comfortable in collaboration to drive growth and efficiencies.
